What Is Bach Cuc?

"Bach" means white in Vietnamese, and "Cuc" is part of the word Chrysanthemum in Vietnamese. This is why you see a white flower as our logo. We are proud of the name, "Bach Cuc" because it reminds us of our grandma.

How Did We Get Started?

Our grandma Bach Cuc taught us how to make her version of recipe and we continued the tradition of making it each year and sharing it with our family and friends. Eventually, we turned it into a business to serve the same recipe to even more people in the past 40 years.
